The Dashboard is the primary landing page of the application and acts as a centralized control panel for monitoring business performance. It provides real-time visibility into operational, financial, and inventory-related metrics, enabling users to make informed decisions quickly.
The dashboard is structured into three clearly defined sections, each representing a different time horizon for analysis.
The dashboard presents insights through the following time-based views:
Present Overview
Provides real-time insights into current inventory levels, active sales orders, and ongoing purchase orders. This section offers an immediate snapshot of live business operations.
Financial Year Overview
Displays cumulative purchase, sales, and inventory transactions for the current financial year. This view helps track year-to-date performance and overall business trends.
Last Week Overview
Summarizes key business activities from the past seven days, allowing users to review short-term trends and recent operational changes.
Present Overview
The Present Overview section delivers a real-time snapshot of ongoing business activities.
Key Metrics
Inventory Overview
Displays current stock availability and quantity across all warehouses.
Sales Order Overview
Shows the status of active sales orders, including pending, in-progress, and completed transactions.
Purchase Order Overview
Provides visibility into purchase orders, highlighting their current status and fulfillment progress.
Financial Year Overview
The Financial Year Overview consolidates purchase, sales, and inventory data for the ongoing financial year.
Key Metrics
Purchase Orders Overview (FY)
An aggregated summary of all purchase orders raised during the current financial year.
PO GRIN Overview (FY)
Displays Goods Receipt Notes (GRINs) generated against purchase orders.
Open GRIN Overview (FY)
Highlights GRINs that are pending receipt or processing.
Sales Orders Overview (FY)
Summarizes total sales orders processed during the financial year.
Service GRIN Overview (FY)
Provides details of service-related GRIN transactions for the financial year.
Last Week Overview
The Last Week Overview presents a concise summary of business activities from the previous seven days.

Reflects inventory movements and stock level changes over the last seven days.

The application header includes a set of navigation icons that provide quick access to user account options, messages, notifications, and session management.
Username Icon
Click the Username icon to access user account–related actions.
