ADVANCE RECEIVABLE ENTRY LEVEL REPORT

The Advance Receivable Entry Level Report form allows users to filter and view advance receivable entries at a detailed level, supporting analysis of advance payments received from customers for specific solutions and time periods. This interface is designed to help users efficiently track and manage advance receivables.

  1. Navigate to the "Finance" section.

Date Filters

  • From Date: Select the start date for the report using the date picker.
  • To Date: Select the end date for the report using the date picker.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filters to their default state.
  • Customer Id: Dropdown to select a specific customer by ID for filtering.
  • Type Of Solution: Dropdown to select the type of solution for more granular filtering.

Action Icon

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.

Icons

  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, allows users to search within the report.
  • Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
  • Refresh: Reloads the report data.
  • Home: Navigates to the home page.
  • Back: Returns to the previous page.

How to Use

  1. Set the Date Range: Use the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields to specify the period for which you want to view advance receivable entries.
  2. Apply Filters: Click the 'Filter' button to display the filtered advance receivable entries.
  3. Clear Filters: Click the 'Clear' button to reset all filters and view all entries.
  4. Select Filters (Optional): Choose a customer from the 'Customer Id' dropdown and a solution type from the 'Type Of Solution' dropdown to filter results as needed.
  5. Apply Filter Icon: Click the 'Filter' Icon to display the filtered advance receivable entries.
  6. Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries within the filtered results.
