INITIAL ADVANCE COLLECTION TRACKER REPORT

The Initial Advance Collection Tracker Report form allows users to filter and view initial advance collections for specific customers. This interface is designed to help users efficiently track and analyze initial advance payments received, supporting effective financial management.

  1. Navigate to the "Finance" section.

  • Customer Id: Dropdown to select a specific customer by ID for filtering.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filters to their default state.

Icons

  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, allows users to search within the report.
  • Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
  • Refresh: Reloads the report data.
  • Home: Navigates to the home page.
  • Back: Returns to the previous page.

How to Use

  1. Select Customer: Choose a customer from the 'Customer Id' dropdown to filter results for a specific customer.
  2. Apply Filters: Click the 'Filter' button to display the filtered initial advance collections.
  3. Clear Filters: Click the 'Clear' button to reset all filters and view all entries.
  4. Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries within the filtered results.
