INVENTORY NOT USEABLE REPORT

The Inventory Not Useable Report tracks items in stock that are damaged, expired, obsolete, or otherwise unavailable for use. This report helps in identifying non-usable stock for audit, write-off, or transfer actions.

  1. Click on "Finance".

A page will open where users can apply filters to view records of inventory that are marked as not useable.

Dopdown Filters

Users can narrow down the report results using the following filters:

  • Select Part Number: Choose a part number from the dropdown list.
  • Project No: Filter records based on the associated project.
  • Warehouse: Select the specific warehouse where the inventory is held.
  • Location: Specify a location within the warehouse to refine results further.
  • Description: Enter keywords to filter by the part’s description.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies all selected filters and displays the relevant inventory data.
  • Clear: Clears all input fields and resets filters to their default values.

  • Refresh: Reloads or resets the current report view.
  • Home: Redirects to the main dashboard.
  • Back Arrow: Takes the user to the previous screen.
  • Download File: Exports the report in formats such as Excel or PDF.
  • Search Bar: Located in the top-right corner; allows quick keyword-based searching within the report.
