INVENTORY REPORTS

Inventory refers to the goods, materials, and components a business holds for the purpose of production, resale, or maintenance. Proper inventory tracking ensures availability, reduces overstock, and supports operational efficiency.

The Inventory Reports module offers a simplified interface for users to view real-time stock data by selecting specific part numbers and project associations. It is designed for quick lookups with minimal filtering—ideal for users who need immediate access to core inventory information without navigating complex filter options.

  1. Click on "Finance".
  2. Under "Reports", select "Inventory Reports". STEPS TO IR

This will open a report page where users can apply filters to retrieve and view inventory details.

Inventory Report Form

FORM

  • Select Part Number: A dropdown list to choose the part number you want to view.
  • Project Number: A dropdown list to select the associated project for narrowing down inventory results.

Users can filter the data using either one or both dropdown fields as needed.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Runs the report based on selected filters and displays matching inventory records.
  • Clear: Resets all selected fields to their default state and clears applied filters.

  • Refresh: Reloads the report view or clears temporary data states.
  • Home: Returns the user to the main dashboard.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen or module.
  • Download File: Allows exporting the report in file formats like Excel or PDF.
  • Search Bar: Positioned at the top-right; enables quick keyword-based searches to find specific records within the report.
