LOCATION TRANSFER REPORT
Location Transfer refers to the movement of inventory or items between different locations or warehouses within the organization. This report helps track such transfers for audit, traceability, and stock management purposes.
The Location Transfer Report allows users to monitor and filter records of item transfers across various warehouses and project locations, providing complete visibility into internal logistics.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Finance".
- Under "Reports", select "Location Transfer Report".

This opens a page where users can apply filters to view relevant location transfer records.
Location Transfer Form

Date Range
- From Date: Choose the start date of the report period.
- To Date: Choose the end date of the report period.
Records falling within the selected date range will be displayed.
Dropdown Filters
Use the following filters to refine your report results:
- From Part Number: Filter by the part number at the source location.
- From Part Type: Define the type of item transferred (e.g., material, tool).
- From Location: Select the location from which the item was transferred.
- From Warehouse: Choose the originating warehouse.
- From Project Number: Filter by the project associated with the transfer's origin.
- To Location: Select the destination location.
- To Warehouse: Choose the receiving warehouse.
- To Project Number: Filter by the receiving project.
- To Part Number: Filter using the part number at the destination.
- To Part Type: Specify the type of item received.
Action Buttons
- Filter: Applies the selected filters and refreshes the report results.
- Clear: Resets all fields to their default state and clears the applied filters.

- Home: Navigates to the main dashboard.
- Back Arrow: Returns to the previous screen or module.
- Download File: Exports the report in a downloadable format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
- Search Bar: Allows quick keyword-based searches.
