OQC BINNING REPORTS
OQC (Outgoing Quality Control) Binning is the process of categorizing inspected items based on quality parameters before dispatch or transfer. It ensures that only items that meet defined quality standards are moved forward, while non-compliant ones are flagged or quarantined.
The OQC Binning Reports screen allows users to view and filter records of items that have undergone the OQC binning process. This report helps quality and warehouse teams analyze batch inspection results, trace defects, and maintain compliance records.
