PURCHASE INVENTORY REPORT

The Purchase Inventory Report form allows users to filter and view purchase inventory records based on various criteria such as date range, GRIN number, vendor name, KPN, and invoice number. This interface is designed to help users efficiently track and analyze purchase inventory data for better procurement and inventory management.

  1. Navigate to the "Finance" section.
  2. Under "Reports", select "Purchase Inventory Report". STEPS TO Reports

Date Filters

  • From Date: Select the start date for the report using the date picker.
  • To Date: Select the end date for the report using the date picker.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filters to their default state.
  • Select GRIN Number: Dropdown to select a specific GRIN (Goods Receipt & Inspection Note) number for filtering.
  • Select Vendor Name: Dropdown to select a specific vendor by name.
  • KPN: Dropdown to select a specific KPN (Key Product Number) for filtering.
  • Select Invoice Number: Dropdown to select a specific invoice number for filtering.

Action Icon

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.

Icons

  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, allows users to search within the report.
  • Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
  • Refresh: Reloads the report data.
  • Home: Navigates to the home page.
  • Back: Returns to the previous page.

How to Use

  1. Set the Date Range: Use the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields to specify the period for which you want to view purchase inventory records.
  2. Apply Filters: Click the 'Filter' button to display the filtered results.
  3. Clear Filters: Click the 'Clear' button to reset all filters and view all entries.
  4. Select Filters (Optional): Choose from the dropdowns (GRIN Number, Vendor Name, KPN, Invoice Number) to filter results as needed.
  5. Apply Filter Icon: Click the 'Filter' Icon to display the filtered results.
  6. Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries within the filtered results.
