RECEIVABLE CUSTOMER LEVEL

The Receivable Customer Level form allows users to filter and view receivables at the customer level. This interface is designed to help users track outstanding receivables for specific customers and time periods, supporting efficient financial management.

  1. Navigate to the "Finance".
  2. Under "Reports", select "Collection Tracker Customer Level Reports". STEPS TO Reports

Date Filters

  • From Date: Select the start date for the report using the date picker.
  • To Date: Select the end date for the report using the date picker.

Action Buttons

  • Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.
  • Clear Button: Resets all filters to their default state.
  • Customer ID: Dropdown to select a specific customer. Allows filtering of receivables by customer.

Action Icon

  • Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.

Icons

  • Search Bar: Located at the top right, allows users to search within the report.
  • Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
  • Refresh: Reloads the report data.
  • Home: Navigates to the home page.
  • Back: Returns to the previous page.

How to Use

  1. Set the Date Range: Use the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields to specify the period for which you want to view receivables.
  2. Apply Filters: Click the 'Filter' button to display the filtered receivables.
  3. Clear Filters: Click the 'Clear' button to reset all filters and view all entries.
  4. Select Customer (Optional): Choose a customer from the 'Customer ID' dropdown to filter results for a specific customer.
  5. Apply Filter Icon: Click the 'Filter' Icon to display the filtered receivables.
  6. Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries within the filtered results.
