RETURN INVOICE REPORTS
A return invoice is a document issued when goods previously sold to a customer are returned. It is used to adjust inventory levels, process refunds or credits, and maintain accurate financial records.
The Return Invoice Reports screen allows users to generate detailed reports of all return invoice transactions using various filter options. This helps in tracking returns efficiently, auditing discrepancies, and managing customer return data.
Navigation Steps
- Navigate to the "Finance".
- Under "Reports", select "Return Invoice Reports".

Date Range Filter
Users can refine the return invoice data using the following filter criteria:
- From Date / To Date: Specify the time range to filter return invoices.
Action Buttons
- Filter: Executes the report based on the selected filters.
- Clear: Resets all filter fields to their default values.
Dropdown Filter
- Select Invoice Number: Choose a specific invoice number from the dropdown.
- DO Number: Filter based on Delivery Order number associated with the return.
- Customer Name: Narrow down returns linked to a specific customer.
- Customer Alias Name: Filter by alternate or short name used for the customer.
- Sales Order Number: Retrieve return data based on original sales order.
- Location: Define the storage or return location.
- Warehouse: Specify the warehouse where the return was processed.
- KPN: Filter returns by KPN (could refer to internal tracking or part identifier).
- Issued By: Filter by the user who issued the return invoice.
- Project Number: Filter based on project-specific returns.
User can apply single or multiple filters to generate focused return reports.
Action icon
- Filter: Executes the report based on the selected filters.

- Home: Returns to the main dashboard.
- Back: Goes to the previous screen.
- Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
- Search Bar: Use keywords to quickly search within the report results.
