SALES INVOICE REPORT

The Sales Invoice Report form allows users to filter and view sales invoices based on various criteria such as date range, invoice number, customer, and item number. This interface is designed to help users efficiently track and analyze sales invoice data for better financial management.

Navigation Steps

1. Navigate to the "Finance".
2. Under "Reports", select "Sales Invoice Reports".

Date Filters

• From Date: Select the start date for the report using the date picker.
• To Date: Select the end date for the report using the date picker.

Action Buttons

• Filter Button: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.
• Clear Button: Resets all filters to their default state.

Dropdown Filters

• Select Invoice Number: Dropdown to select a specific invoice number for filtering.
• Customer Id: Dropdown to select a specific customer by ID.
• Customer Name: Dropdown to select a specific customer by name.
• FG Item Number: Dropdown to select a specific finished goods item number.

Action Icon

• Filter Icon: Applies the selected filters to display relevant data.

Icons

• Search Bar: Located at the top right, allows users to search within the report.
• Download Icon: Allows exporting of the report (Excel/PDF).
• Refresh: Reloads the report data.
• Home: Navigates to the home page.
• Back: Returns to the previous page.

How to Use

1. Set the Date Range: Use the 'From Date' and 'To Date' fields to specify the period for which you want to view sales invoices.
2. Apply Filters: Click the 'Filter' button to display the filtered sales invoices.
3. Clear Filters: Click the 'Clear' button to reset Date filters.
4. Select Filters (Optional): Choose from the dropdowns (Invoice Number, Customer Id, Customer Name, FG Item Number) to filter results as needed.
5. Apply Filter Icon: Click the 'Filter' Icon to display the filtered sales invoices.
6. Search: Use the search bar to find specific entries within the filtered results.
