ODO MONTHLY CONSUMPTION REPORT

The ODO Monthly Consumption Report provides a consolidated view of material or product consumption by customers over a defined time period. This report supports monthly tracking and helps in analyzing customer-specific usage patterns.

  1. Click on "Logistics".
  2. Click on "ODO Monthly Consumption Report" under "Reports". STEPS TO Reports

A page will be displayed where users can view the ODO Monthly Consumption Report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

Date Filters

  • From Date: Select the starting date for the consumption report.
  • To Date: Choose the end date to define the reporting period.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and generates the report.
  • Clear: Resets all filters and inputs to default state.
  • Customer ID: Select a specific customer ID from the dropdown to view consumption data related only to that customer.

  • Filter: Applies the selected filters and generates the report.

  • Refresh – Refreshes the report to ensure the latest data is shown.
  • Home – Returns to the dashboard or home screen.
  • Back – Takes the user to the previous page.
  • Download – Use the icon to download/export the report.
  • Search Bar – A search functionality to quickly find specific records within the report.
