PURCHASE ORDER MODIFY/VIEW
The Purchase Order Listing page provides a summarized view of all purchase orders in the system. It enables users to track the creation, approval, and status of POs efficiently. This view supports filtering, viewing, editing, and printing of purchase orders.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Procurement".
- Click on "Modify/View" under "Purchase Order".

A page will be displayed where users can view the created Purchase Order.
Once a Purchase Order is created, it will automatically appear on this page.

Purchase Order Table Data:
The main section displays data in a table format. Each row represents a Purchase Order (PO). The columns are as follows:

Action

- Edit – Opens the PO in edit mode.
- View – Opens a read-only view of the PO.
- Print- Provides a download link (PDF icon) to print or export the Purchase Order as a PDF document.
Remaining columns
- PO Number: Unique identifier for the Purchase Order. Usually auto-generated following a pattern such as
DDMMYYPO-XXXXX. - PO Date: The date and time when the Purchase Order was created or issued.
- Rev No: Revision number indicating how many times the Purchase Order has been modified or revised.
- Vendor Name: The name of the supplier or vendor associated with the Purchase Order.
- Approval 1: Status of the first-level approval. Displays
Pendingor the name of the approver if approved. - Approval 2: Status of the second-level approval. Displays
Pendingor the name of the approver if approved. - Status: Indicates the current state of the Purchase Order. Example statuses include
Open,Closed,Rejected. - Created By: Name of the user who originally created the Purchase Order.
- Created On: Date and time when the Purchase Order was created in the system.
- Last Modified By: Name of the user who most recently updated the Purchase Order.
- Last Modified On: Date and time of the most recent modification to the Purchase Order.

- Create (Plus Box Icon): Creates a new purchase Order request.
- Download Excel: Downloads the displayed data in Excel format.
- Search Bar: Allows users to search for specific PRs by keyword within the table data.
- Search Icon: Activates or expands the search functionality.
- Refresh: Click to refresh the data displayed in the table.
- Home: Navigates to the application's home page.
- Back: Navigates back to the previous page.
