PURCHASE REQUISITION MODIFY/VIEW

The Purchase Requisition Modify/View module provides a centralized dashboard to review, edit, release, or track existing PRs.
It displays detailed records with status tracking, approval stages, and revision history to maintain transparency and control.
Users can efficiently manage procurement workflows with options to create new PRs, export data, and search specific entries.

  1. Click on "Procurement".
  2. Click on "Modify/View" under "Purchase Requisition".
    STEPS TO MODIFY/VIEW

This will open a screen displaying all previously created Purchase Requisitions.

Once a Purchase Requisition is submitted, it will automatically populate in this view for further action.

Purchase Requisition Data Table

The main section displays a structured table where each row represents a unique Purchase Requisition (PR). The following columns are available:

  • Action
    ACTION

    • Edit (Pencil Icon): Click to make changes or update details of an existing Purchase Requisition.
    • View (Eye Icon): Opens a read-only view displaying all information related to the selected PR.
    • Release (Arrow Icon): Initiates or approves the release workflow for the PR.

Remaining Table Columns

  • PR Number: Unique identifier assigned to the PR (e.g., 040723PR-00007).
  • PR Date: Date when the PR was initially created (format: YYYY-MM-DD).
  • Rev Number: Indicates the current revision version of the PR.
  • Approval 1: Displays the status of the first-level approval (e.g., "Pending", "Admin").
  • Approval 2: Displays the status of the second-level approval (e.g., "Pending", "Suresh Babu").
  • Status: Reflects the current state of the PR (e.g., "Open", "Closed").
  • Created By: Name of the user who originally created the PR.
  • Created On: Timestamp when the PR was submitted.
  • Last Modified By: User who last edited or updated the PR.
  • Last Modified On: Timestamp of the most recent modification.

Icons

MODIFY/VIEW ICONS

  • Create (Plus Icon): Opens a blank PR form for creating a new Purchase Requisition.
  • Download Excel: Exports the current PR data from the table into an Excel file.
  • Search Bar: Enter keywords to filter the PR list. Leave blank to view all records.
  • Search Icon: Triggers the search filter for better record navigation.
  • Refresh: Reloads and updates the latest data in the table.
  • Home Icon: Redirects to the application’s main homepage.
  • Back Icon: Returns to the previous screen.
