PURCHASE ORDER REPORTS
The Purchase Order Reports interface enables users to generate and filter reports based on purchase order data. It includes multiple criteria to allow targeted retrieval of records.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Procurement".
- Click on "Purchase Order Report" under "Reports".

A page will be displayed where users can view the Purchase Order Report form using the filters and fields can view the reports.

Date Filters
- From Date: Allows selection of the start date for the reporting range using a date picker.
- To Date: Defines the end date for the reporting range. Works in combination with the "From Date" to narrow the timeframe.
Dropdown Fields
- Record Type: Dropdown to select the type of purchase order record to view. Helps categorize report results.
- Approval: Dropdown used to filter records based on approval status (e.g., Approved, Pending, Rejected).
- Select PO Number: Dropdown to filter by a specific Purchase Order number. Useful for narrowing results to individual orders.
- Select Vendor Name: Allows filtering by vendor. Helps retrieve POs associated with specific vendors.
- Select Part Number: Used to filter purchase orders by the parts involved. Enables part-specific report generation.
- PO Status: Dropdown for filtering records based on the current status of the purchase order (e.g., Open, Closed, Cancelled).
- Select Record Type: An additional record type selector, possibly for sub-categorization or secondary filtering.
- Select Approval: A repeated approval status filter, likely meant for a secondary filter layer.
Action Buttons
- Filter Button: Executes the search based on all selected criteria and displays the matching purchase order records.
- Clear Button: Resets all filters and selections to default, allowing users to start a new search.

- Home: Navigates to the application's home screen or dashboard.
- Back Arrow: Navigates back to the previous screen.
- Download File: Used to trigger report generation or download functionality.
- Search Bar: Located at the top right, this allows quick searching across the report interface for specific keywords or entries.
