DELIVERY TERMS
The Delivery Terms section allows administrators to define the conditions under which goods are delivered, such as timelines, responsibilities, and locations. This interface enables users to create, manage, and track various delivery terms relevant to procurement processes.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Delivery Terms interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Delivery Terms
The Delivery Terms interface will display all existing delivery terms and provide options to create new entries.
Creating New Delivery Terms
Step 1: Initiate Delivery Terms Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating new delivery terms.
Step 2: Complete the Delivery Terms Form
A delivery terms configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Delivery Terms Information

| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the delivery terms (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Delivery Terms
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the delivery terms entry.
Warning
Delivery Terms is a required field.
Managing Existing Delivery Terms
Delivery Terms Listing View
Once created, all delivery terms are displayed in the Delivery Terms table.
Actions
Each delivery term in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Delivery Terms
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected delivery terms information.
View Delivery Terms
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete delivery terms details in read-only mode.
Toolbar Features
The Delivery Terms interface includes the following toolbar features:
