GST PERCENTAGE
The GST Percentage section allows administrators to define the rate of Goods and Services Tax applicable to procurement transactions. This interface enables users to create, manage, and maintain various GST percentages within the system for accurate tax calculations and compliance.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the GST Percentage interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select GST Percentage
The GST Percentage interface will display all existing GST percentages and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New GST Percentage
Step 1: Initiate GST Percentage Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new GST percentage.
Step 2: Complete the GST Percentage Form
A GST percentage configuration form will appear with the following fields:
GST Percentage Information

| GST Percentage | Enter the applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) percentage | ✓ Yes |
| Description | Provide optional details about the GST percentage | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the GST percentage (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the GST Percentage
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the GST percentage entry.
Warning
GST Percentage is a required field.
Managing Existing GST Percentages
GST Percentage Listing View
Once created, all GST percentages are displayed in the GST Percentage table.
Actions
Each GST percentage in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit GST Percentage
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected GST percentage configuration.
View GST Percentage
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete GST percentage details in read-only mode.
Toolbar Features
The GST Percentage interface includes the following toolbar features:
