INCO TERMS

The INCO Terms (International Commercial Terms) section allows administrators to define the responsibilities of buyers and sellers in global trade, particularly in the delivery of goods. This interface enables users to create and manage various INCO Terms used in procurement processes for international transactions.

Follow these steps to access the INCO Terms interface:

  1. Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
  2. Under the Secondary Master section, select INCO Terms

The INCO Terms interface will display all existing INCO terms and provide options to create new entries.

Creating a New INCO Term

Step 1: Initiate INCO Term Creation

Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new INCO term.

Step 2: Complete the INCO Terms Form

An INCO term configuration form will appear with the following fields:

Inco Term Enter the INCO term name (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW) ✓ Yes
Description Provide a description of the INCO term Optional
Remarks Add any additional comments or notes Optional
Active Status Toggle to enable/disable the INCO term (enabled by default) ✓ Yes

Step 3: Save the INCO Term

After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the INCO term entry.

Warning

INCO Term is a required field.

Managing Existing INCO Terms

Once created, all INCO terms are displayed in the INCO Terms table.

Each INCO term in the listing supports the following actions:

Edit INCO Term

Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected INCO term information.

View INCO Term

Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete INCO term details in read-only mode.
