LANGUAGE
The Language section allows administrators to define and manage supported linguistic options used for localization or user preference within the procurement system. This interface enables users to configure language settings with relevant descriptions for multi-language support.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Language interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Language
The Language interface will display all existing languages and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Language
Step 1: Initiate Language Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new language.
Step 2: Complete the Language Form
A language configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Language Information

| Language | Enter the language name (e.g., English, Spanish, Hindi) | ✓ Yes |
| Description | Provide a description of the language | Optional |
| Remarks | Add any additional comments or notes | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the language (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Language
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the language entry.
Warning
Language is a required field.
Managing Existing Languages
Language Listing View
Once created, all languages are displayed in the Language table.
Actions
Each language in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Language
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected language information.
View Language
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete language details in read-only mode.
Toolbar Features
The Language interface includes the following toolbar features:
