PAYMENT TERMS
The Payment Terms section allows administrators to define the agreed conditions for payment between a buyer and a supplier, such as timelines and methods. This interface enables users to configure and manage various payment terms used in procurement for better financial planning and vendor management.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Payment Terms interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Payment Terms

The Payment Terms interface will display all existing payment terms and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Payment Term
Step 1: Initiate Payment Term Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new payment term.

Step 2: Complete the Payment Terms Form
A payment terms configuration form will appear with the following fields:

Payment Terms Information
| Field | Description | Required |

| Payment Term | Enter the payment term name (e.g., Net 30, Net 60, Advance Payment) | ✓ Yes |
| Description | Provide a description of the payment term | Optional |
| Remarks | Add any additional comments or notes | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the payment term (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Payment Term
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the payment term entry.
Warning
Payment Term is a required field.
Managing Existing Payment Terms
Payment Terms Listing View
Once created, all payment terms are displayed in the Payment Terms table.

Actions

Each payment term in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Payment Term
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected payment term information.
View Payment Term
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete payment term details in read-only mode.

The Payment Terms interface includes the following toolbar features:
