SCOPE OF SUPPLY
The Scope of Supply section allows administrators to define the specific goods, services, or deliverables a supplier is expected to provide under a procurement agreement. This interface enables users to configure and manage various scope entries for better clarity in contracts and purchase orders.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Scope of Supply interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Scope of Supply
The Scope of Supply interface will display all existing scope entries and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Scope of Supply
Step 1: Initiate Scope of Supply Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new scope of supply.
Step 2: Complete the Scope of Supply Form
A scope of supply configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Scope of Supply Information

| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the scope of supply (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Scope of Supply
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the scope of supply entry.
Warning
Scope of Supply is a required field.
Managing Existing Scope of Supply Entries
Scope of Supply Listing View
Once created, all scope of supply entries are displayed in the Scope of Supply table.
Actions
Each scope of supply entry in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Scope of Supply
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected scope of supply information.
View Scope of Supply
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete scope of supply details in read-only mode.
Toolbar Features
The Scope of Supply interface includes the following toolbar features:
