SHIPMENT INSTRUCTION
The Shipment Instruction section allows administrators to outline specific guidelines or requirements for shipping goods, such as handling, documentation, or delivery preferences. This interface enables users to create, manage, and maintain standardized shipment instructions for procurement activities.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Shipment Instruction interface:
- Navigate to the Procurement module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Shipment Instruction
The Shipment Instruction interface will display all existing shipment instructions and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Shipment Instruction
Step 1: Initiate Shipment Instruction Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new shipment instruction.
Step 2: Complete the Shipment Instruction Form
A shipment instruction configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Shipment Instruction Information

Step 3: Save the Shipment Instruction
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the shipment instruction entry.
Warning
Shipment Instructions Name is a required field.
Managing Existing Shipment Instructions
Shipment Instruction Listing View
Once created, all shipment instructions are displayed in the Shipment Instruction table.
Actions
Each shipment instruction in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Shipment Instruction
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected shipment instruction information.
View Shipment Instruction
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete shipment instruction details in read-only mode.
Toolbar Features
The Shipment Instruction interface includes the following toolbar features:
