FORECAST SALES ORDER MODIFY/VIEW

The Forecast Sales Order page provides an overview of all forecasted sales orders along with their key details, statuses, and actions. Users can search, view, and modify existing orders for better management.

  1. Click on "Sales and Marketing".
  2. Click on "Modify/View" under "Forecast SO".

Table Overview

The table displays a list of forecast sales orders with the following columns:

Columns & Descriptions

  • Order No.: Unique identifier for the forecast sales order.
  • Order Date: The date when the order was created.
  • Project No: The associated project number for the forecasted order.
  • Order Type: The category/type of the order (e.g., Customer, Billing, Warranty).
  • Customer Name: The name of the customer associated with the order.
  • Customer ID: The system-generated customer identifier.
  • Received Date: The date when the forecast order was received.
  • PO Number: The purchase order number linked to the forecast.
  • PO Date: The date when the purchase order was issued.
  • Rev Number: The revision number of the order.
  • Confirm Status: Indicates whether the order is confirmed (true/false).
  • Approve Status: Indicates whether the order is approved (true/false).
  • Created By: Displays the user who created the order.
  • Created On: Timestamp of when the order was created.
  • Last Modified By: Displays the user who last modified the order.
  • Last Modified On: The timestamp of the latest modification.

Search and View

MODIFY/VIEW SEARCH VIEW

  1. View Craeted Quote: Users can view the details of the forecast they have created.
  2. Search Particular Quote: The search bar allows users to quickly find a specific Forecast by name or other criteria.

Click on the edit icon to open the page where user can modify the required fields.

View

Click on the view icon to view the created Customer master
