ITEM PRICE LIST CREATE
The Item Price List Create module allows users to configure and manage pricing details for items. Users can define price lists, item descriptions, unit measures, costs, markups, discounts, and validity periods. This module ensures accurate pricing management with options to enable or disable discounts and set expiration dates for pricing entries.
Navigation
- Click on "Sales and Marketing".
- Click on "Create" under "Item Price List".

A new tab will open with fields to be filled in the Form

Item Price List form
The Pricing Details Form allows users to configure pricing information for items. Below are the available fields and their descriptions:
- Price List Name: Select an existing price list from the dropdown.
- To create a new price list, go to Item Price List Create.
- Item Number - Description: Enter or select the item number and its description.
- Quantity: Specify the quantity of the item. Default value:
0. - UOM (Unit of Measure): Define the unit of measure for the item.
- UOC (Unit of Cost): Choose the applicable unit of cost from the dropdown.
- Least Cost: Enter the minimum cost of the item.
- Markup: Enter the markup percentage applied to the least cost. Default value:
0. - Least Cost Plus: The least cost with an additional markup. Default value:
0. - Least Cost Minus: The least cost with a discount applied. Default value:
0. - Is Discount Applicable: A toggle option to enable or disable discounts. This is enabled by default.
- Discount Plus: Enter the percentage increase if applicable. Default value:
0%. - Discount Minus: Enter the percentage discount if applicable. Default value:
0%. - Valid Through: Set an expiration date for the pricing entry (Format:
MM/DD/YYYY). - Active Status: A toggle option to activate or deactivate the pricing entry. This is enabled by default.
Warning
Price List Name, Item Number - Description, UOC, Least Cost are mandatory.
Save button: Click on the save button to save the information.
