This report provides visibility into the conversion of Final Quotation (FQ) to Final Sales (FS), offering insights across sales and quoting activities.

  1. Click on "Sales and Marketing".
  2. Click on "FQ TO FS REPORT" under "Reports".

STEPS FOR FQ TO FS REPORT

  • Sales Order Number: Dropdown to select a specific sales order for the report.
  • Quote Number: Filter by associated quotation number.
  • Customer ID: Allows filtering based on the unique customer identification.
  • Type Of Solution: Dropdown to filter by the solution type (e.g., Standard, Customized, Bundled).

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Executes the report query using the selected filters.
  • Clear: Resets all the filters to their default state.
