SALES ORDER REPORT/ FORECAST SALES ORDER REPORT

The Sales Order Forecast Report module allows users to generate and view forecast reports for sales orders based on various filters such as date range, sales order number, customer name, customer ID, KPN, and sales order status. This report helps track and manage sales forecasts efficiently, ensuring users can access relevant data for decision-making.

  1. Click on "Sales and Marketing".
  2. Click on "Forecast Sales Order Reports" under "Reports".

Date Range Filter

Select a From Date and To Date to filter sales order forecasts within a specific time frame.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Generates the report based on selected filter criteria.
  • Clear: Resets all filters and date selections.
  • Sales Order Number: Select a specific sales order from the available list.
  • Customer Name: Filter results based on a specific customer.
  • Project Number: Dropdown to select desired Project Number
  • KPN: Choose a KPN filter option if applicable.
  • Customer ID: Narrow down the search by selecting a specific customer ID.
  • SO Status: Filter results based on the sales order status.

Action Icons

Filter: Apply the selected filters to display relevant sales order forecast reports.

Note

  • The user can either select a single field from the dropdown and click Filter, or select multiple related fields before applying the filter.
  • The user has the option to select multiple fields from the dropdown by enabling the checkboxes or choosing the Select All checkbox.*
