CUSTOM FIELDS

Custom Fields allow users to extend the RFQ (Request for Quotation) module by adding additional, user-defined fields to capture specific information relevant to their business needs. This feature provides flexibility to tailor the RFQ process and data collection according to unique requirements.

  1. Click on "Sales and Marketing".
  2. Under "RFQ", click on "Custom Fields".

STEPS FOR CUSTOM FIELDS

A page will open where users can create and manage custom fields for RFQs.

Pre requisities

Custom Group should be created.

CUSTOM FIELDS FORM

The Custom Fields form allows users to define new fields by specifying the following:

  • Select Custom Group: Choose the group to which the custom field will belong. This helps organize fields for different RFQ scenarios.
  • Label Name: Enter the display name for the custom field. This will appear as the field label in the RFQ form.
  • Type: Select the data type for the custom field (e.g., text, number, date, dropdown, etc.).
  • Max Length / List: Specify the maximum length for text fields or provide a list of options for dropdown fields.

📊 Export Export to Excel Download the custom field data as an Excel spreadsheet
🔍 Search Search Input Filter custom field by entering keywords (searches across all columns)
🔄 Refresh Refresh Data Reload the custom field table to display the latest data
🏠 Home Navigate Home Return to the application home page
