CUSTOM GROUPS

Custom Groups allow users to organize and categorize custom fields for RFQs (Request for Quotation). By creating custom groups, organizations can better manage and structure additional data fields according to their business needs.

  1. Click on "Sales and Marketing".
  2. Under "RFQ", click on "Custom Groups".

Steps for Custom Groups

A page will open where users can create and manage custom groups for RFQs.

CUSTOM GROUP FORM

The Custom Group form allows users to define new groups by specifying the following:

  • Custom Group Name: Enter the name for the custom group. This will be used to categorize related custom fields.
  • Remarks: Add any relevant notes or comments about the group.

Click Save to create the custom group. Once created, it will be available for use when defining custom fields.

Custom Groups List

After creation, all custom groups will be displayed in a list on this page. This allows users to view, edit, or manage existing groups as needed. CUSTOM GROUP FORM

Click the eye icon to view details of the selected custom group.

Edit

Click the pencil icon to edit the selected custom group.
