PACKING INSTRUCTION
The Packing Instruction section allows administrators to define standardized guidelines or notes provided for packaging goods during sales, dispatch, or delivery. These instructions help ensure safe, accurate, and compliant packaging practices across various sales and logistics processes.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Packing Instruction interface:
- Navigate to the Sales and Marketing module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Packing Instruction
The Packing Instruction interface will display all existing packing instructions and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Packing Instruction
Step 1: Initiate Packing Instruction Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new packing instruction.
Step 2: Complete the Packing Instruction Form
A packing instruction configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Packing Instruction Information

| Packing Instruction Name | Enter the name or title of the instruction | ✓ Yes |

| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the packing instruction (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Packing Instruction
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the packing instruction entry.
Warning
The Packing Instruction Name field is mandatory.
Managing Existing Packing Instructions
Packing Instruction Listing View
Once created, all packing instructions are displayed in the Packing Instruction table.
Actions
Each packing instruction in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Packing Instruction
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected packing instruction information.
View Packing Instruction
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete packing instruction details in read-only mode
Toolbar Features
The Packing Instruction interface includes the following toolbar features:
