RISK CATEGORY
The Risk Category section allows administrators to classify clients, projects, or opportunities based on their associated risk level. This interface helps in better assessment, planning, and decision-making during the sales and project lifecycle by enabling users to define and manage different risk categories.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Risk Category interface:
- Navigate to the Sales and Marketing module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Risk Category
The Risk Category interface will display all existing risk categories and provide options to create new entries.
Creating a New Risk Category
Step 1: Initiate Risk Category Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new risk category.
Step 2: Complete the Risk Category Form
A risk category configuration form will appear with the following fields:
Risk Category Information

| Risk Category | Enter the name of the risk category | ✓ Yes |

| Active Status | Toggle to enable/disable the risk category (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Risk Category
After completing all required information, click the Save button to create the risk category entry.
Warning
The Risk Category field is mandatory.
Managing Existing Risk Categories
Risk Category Listing View
Once created, all risk categories are displayed in the Risk Category table.
Actions
Each risk category in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Risk Category
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected risk category information.
View Risk Category
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete risk category details in read-only mode
Toolbar Features
The Risk Category interface includes the following toolbar features:
