MODIFY / VIEW LP COSTING

The LP Costing interface provides a detailed overview of all costing components related to RFQs (Request for Quotations). It allows users to calculate, view, and release costing details efficiently.

Navigation Steps

1. Click on “Sourcing” from the main menu.
2. Open "LP Costing" and "Modify/View"

User will be taken to the LP Costing records page.

Action Buttons

1. LP Costing Button

Clicking this button opens the detailed costing interface for an item.

• The page will show basic item information.
• Click on “Item” to expand full item costing details.

Optional Inputs:

• MOQ Cost (Checkbox): Enable if MOQ cost calculation is required.
• Mark-Up for Material(%): Define markup percentage for material cost.
• Mark-Up for Process Steps(%): Define markup percentage for processing costs.

Once all values are entered, click the Calculate button. The system will compute the LP Costing based on the entered values. After calculating, proceed to Release LP.

2. View Button

Click the View button to see a read-only detailed view of the selected costing entry.

3. Release LP Button

Click Release LP Button to release the calculated LP costing. A new page will open showing the calculated LP values.

Inputs in Release Page:

• Markup Value (%): Enter the markup percentage (can be a positive or negative value).
• Price List:
  • Select the latest price list from the dropdown.
  • To create a new one, go to Price List.
• Discount Applicable:
  • Enable if discount is applicable.
  • Define the discount range in % (+/-).

Click Release to finalize and release the LP costing.

The item price is generated upon release. can be viewed ITEM PRICE LIST

4. View Release LP

This displays the details of the released LP, including all calculated values.

Icons

• Search Input: Enter keywords to filter records across any column.
• Refresh: Reload the table to see the latest data.
• Home Icon: Navigate back to the main/home page.
• Back Icon: Return to the previous page.
