COVERAGE FG REPORTS

A Coverage FG (Finished Goods) Report provides visibility into the available stock of finished goods against project requirements.

This report helps users evaluate whether existing finished goods inventory can meet current or upcoming project demands. It enables efficient sourcing decisions by filtering data based on project numbers and providing downloadable insights.

  1. Click on "Sourcing".

Search Project Number: This field allows user to search the Project Number. Enter keywords related to Project Number.

Action Buttons

  • Filter: Applies selected filters and displays the matching data.
  • Clear: Resets all fields to their default values.

  • Refresh: Reloads the current data or resets the view.
  • Home: Takes the user back to the main dashboard or home screen.
  • Back Arrow: Navigates to the previous screen or page.
  • Download File: Download of the report in a file format (e.g., Excel or PDF).
  • Search Bar: A quick search tool at the top-right corner of the page to locate specific entries using keywords.
