CURRENCY CONVERSION RATES
The Currency Conversion Rates module allows users to maintain up-to-date currency exchange rates used for sourcing and pricing operations. It enables users to define conversion rates based on a selected unit of currency (UOC), along with relevant date and status information.
Navigation
- Click on "Sourcing".
- Under "Secondary Master", click on "Currency Conversion Rate".
Currency Conversion Rate
Once navigated, the Currency Conversion Rate interface will display a list of all existing currency conversion entries and provide an option to create new ones.
Creating a New Currency Conversion Rate
Step 1: Initiate Currency Conversion Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new currency conversion rate.
Step 2: Complete the Currency Conversion Rate Form
A currency conversion configuration form will appear with the following fields:

| UOC | Select the Unit of Currency from the dropdown list | ✓ Yes |
| Conversion Rate | Enter the numerical conversion value | Optional |
| Date | Select the applicable date using the calendar picker | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable or disable the conversion rate (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Currency Conversion Rate
After entering the required information, click the Save button to create the currency conversion entry.
Warning
UOC is a mandatory field.
Once a currency conversion rate is created, it will be visible in this page:
Action
Each currency conversion rate in the listing supports the following actions:
Edit Currency Conversion Rate
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected currency conversion rate information.
View Currency Conversion Rate
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete currency conversion rate details in read-only mode.
