LEAD TIMES
The Lead Times module is used to define standard delivery or response durations in days and weeks for sourcing and procurement processes. This helps streamline planning, supplier timelines, and operational commitments.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Lead Times interface:
- Click on Sourcing from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Lead Times

The Lead Times interface displays all existing lead time records and provides an option to create new entries.
Creating a New Lead Time
Step 1: Initiate Lead Time Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new lead time entry.

Step 2: Complete the Lead Time Form
The lead time configuration form will appear with the following fields:

|---|---|---|
| Days | Enter the number of lead time days | ✓ Yes |
| Weeks | Enter the equivalent number of weeks | ✓ Yes |
| Description | Provide a brief explanation of the lead time | Optional |
| Remarks | Add any additional notes or context | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable or disable the lead time (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Lead Time
After entering the required details, click the Save button to create the lead time record.
Warning
Days and Weeks fields are mandatory.
Managing Existing Lead Times
Once created, all lead time records are displayed in the Lead Times listing view.

Actions
Each lead time entry provides the following action options:

Edit Lead Time
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected lead time information.
View Lead Time
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete lead time details in read-only mode.
