PRICE LIST
The Price List module allows users to define and manage different pricing templates or lists for products and services. Each price list includes key details like description, remarks, and status, enabling effective sourcing and procurement operations.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Sourcing" from the main menu.
- Under "Secondary Master", click on "Price List".
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Price List interface:
- Navigate to the relevant module from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Price List
Once navigated, the Price List interface displays all existing price lists and provides an option to create new entries.
Creating a New Price List
Step 1: Initiate Price List Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new Price List.
Step 2: Complete the Price List Form
The Price List configuration form will appear with the following fields:

| Remarks | Add any additional notes or context | Optional |
| Active Status | Toggle to enable or disable the Price List (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Price List
After entering the required information, click the Save button to create the Price List entry.
Warning
Price List Name is a required field.
Managing Existing Price Lists
Once created, all Price List records are displayed in the Price List listing view.
Action
Edit Price List
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected price list information.
View Price List
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete price list details in read-only mode.
