BINNING CREATE
The Binning module enables users to assign and record the storage location of accepted materials in the warehouse following the GRIN and IQC processes. It is used post-IQC to map approved items to their designated bins. All relevant item and vendor details are automatically retrieved based on the selected GRIN number.
Navigation Steps
- Click on "Warehouse".
- Click on "Create" under "Binning".

This action opens page where Binning information is recorded
Binning Form

- Select Grin No.: Dropdown to select a GRIN number for which items need to be binned.
- Vendor Id: Auto-populated identifier of the vendor.
- Invoice Number: Invoice number linked to the GRIN.
- Gate Entry Number: Identifier for the gate entry at the time of goods receipt.
- Vendor Name: Name of the vendor linked to the GRIN.
- Vendor Number: Unique vendor number.
- Gate Entry Date: The date when the goods entered the gate.
Items
Displays a list of items once a valid GRIN number is selected.

If no GRIN is selected or if the selected GRIN has no data, a message is shown:
Data Not Available, Please Check Grin No. -
When the GRIN no is selected from the dropdown , the table will likely look like this

To know more about the Project No. click on the plus icon a tab will open with the project number and project quantity.

To add the Binning Location click on the Binning location button a tab will open with the location details.

Binning Locations Interface
For each item:
- Item Number and Accepted Quantity are displayed at the top.
- Users must select a Project Number, Warehouse, and Location, and enter the Quantity to be binned.
Click Add to record the entry.
- Entries are listed in a table below, showing:
- Project Number
- Warehouse
- Location
- Quantity
- Action (e.g., edit or delete row)
After all allocations are made, users can click Save to commit the data or Close to exit.
This ensures that accepted items are traceably stored in the correct bin locations, maintaining inventory accuracy and facilitating streamlined warehouse operations.
- Save: Finalizes and saves the binning details for the selected GRIN items.

- Home: click on the home icon to Return to the main screen.
- Back: click on the arrow icon to Navigate to the previous screen.
