ISSUING STOCK
Issuing Stock refers to the process of recording and managing the release of stock items from a warehouse or inventory system for internal or external use.
This module allows users to create, update, and view issued stock records with essential details such as name, description, and status. It ensures traceability and efficient tracking of stock movement within the organization.
Navigation
Follow these steps to access the Issuing Stock interface:
- Click on Warehouse from the main menu
- Under the Secondary Master section, select Issuing Stock
The Issuing Stock interface displays all existing stock records and provides an option to create new entries.
Creating a New Issuing Stock
Step 1: Initiate Issuing Stock Creation
Click the Add button in the toolbar to begin creating a new issuing stock entry.
Step 2: Complete the Issuing Stock Form
The issuing stock configuration form will appear with the following fields:

| Active Status | Toggle to enable or disable the stock (enabled by default) | ✓ Yes |
Step 3: Save the Issuing Stock
After entering the required information, click the Save button to create the issuing stock entry.
Warning
Issuing Name is a mandatory field.
Once the Stock is created, it will be visible on this page.
Action
Edit Issuing Stock
Click the Pencil icon in the Actions column to modify the selected Issuing Stock information.
View Issuing Stock
Click the Eye icon in the Actions column to view complete Issuing Stock details in read-only mode.
