SERVICE ITEM IQC

The Service Item IQC (Inward Quality Check) module allows users to verify the quality of service items received in the warehouse. It ensures that all received services meet required standards by validating vendor details, invoice data, item quantities, and shipment documentation.

  1. Go to the "Warehouse" menu.

  2. Under "Service GRIN", click on "SI IQC".

  3. On the next screen, click the plus icon to create a new Service Item IQC entry.

This will open a new form where users can enter details for the Service Item IQC.

General Information

This section contains the core information related to the GRIN and the vendor.

  • Select Grin Service Items No.: Choose the appropriate GRIN (Goods Receipt Inward Note) number from the dropdown.

Once the GRIN number is selected, the following fields will be auto-filled based on the selected entry: - Vendor Name
- Vendor ID
- Vendor Number
- Invoice Number
- Gate Entry Date
- Gate Entry Number
- Items/Other Details

These fields are fetched automatically from the existing GRIN records to ensure accuracy and save time.

Item Section

SERVICE ITEM IQC ITEM FORM

After selecting the GRIN number, all related items will be displayed in this section. Each item row will show:

  • Received Quantity
  • Accepted Quantity
  • Rejected Quantity

The user can update the Accepted Quantity as needed and provide remarks if applicable. After reviewing and updating the data, click the "Save" button to submit the quality check for those items.

Other Details

SERVICE ITEM IQC FREIGHT CHARGES

This section provides information about the Air Waybill (AWB) and customs documentation associated with the shipment. If any documents were uploaded, users can simply click on "View Uploaded Files" to preview and can also download them.

Once all the necessary details are confirmed, click the "Save" button to complete and save the IQC entry.

once the SI IQC is created it will be visible when the user clicks on the Si iqc on the main menu.
